In the world of One Piece, no organization is as big as the World Government. Established 800 years ago, the organization began when twenty kings joined their forces together and established an alliance. With allies all over the world, we’ve picked the strongest characters/groups affiliated to the WG in One Piece.
- 10) Vice Admirals (sans Monkey D. Garp)- The vice-admirals are quite strong, a lot of them having Devil Fruit powers. Vice-admirals like Smoker, Tsuru, Momonga are real assets to WG. But we’re not counting Garp among them.
- 9) Warlords (sans Dracule Mihawk)- Warlords like Doflamingo, Hancock, Weevil are very powerful but they lose to the admirals when the abolition of the Shichibukai System starts. However, Mihawk is excluded from this logic.
- 8) Seraphim- Seraphim are created to replace the Warlords. They have better constitution as cyborgs and the special abilities and stamina from the lunarians.
- 7) Admirals- The three admirals are among the greatest strengths of WG. The current admirals are Kizaru, Fujitora and Ryokugyu, all of whom are some of the strongest characters in the series.
- 6) Fleet Admiral- Fleet Admiral is the superior of admirals and whom they report to. The current fleet admiral is Sakazuki, holder of the Magu Magu no Mi, and one of the strongest characters in One Piece.
- 5) Monkey D. Garp- Garp may be a vice-admiral in rank, but he’s more powerful than most characters. He currently proves this by overpowering Aokiji, who is a former admiral and almost as strong as Sakazuki in a fight.
- 4) Kong- Kong is currently the Commander-in-Chief of the WG and a former fleet admiral, and thus can easily be assumed as one of the strongest characters in One Piece.
- 3) Holy Knights- The Holy Knights are still a mystery but given that they protect Mary Geoise, it’s safe to say that they are more powerful than any normal marine officer, even admirals and the fleet admiral.
- 2) Gorosei- Gorosei are a group of five men who directly serve Imu and control the WG. Their powers have been teased but not yet fully revealed. But since they serve Imu, they’re undoubtedly among the strongest characters in One Piece.
- 1) Imu- The ever mysterious Imy can transform into a huge beast, judging from its silhouette, but its appearance hasn’t been revealed. He sits on the Empty Throne and rules the world, so it’s a given that he’s the strongest character.
